Achieve success online

The Number 1 Way Marketers & Entrepreneurs Succeed Online

If you’re struggling to get up and running with an online business, this article is for you.

But first I’m going to explain a few truths about internet marketing that I’ve learned over the years.

Here’s a quick heads up for the faint hearted. This is the stuff that nobody is prepared to tell you.

It might be difficult to hear at first, because it involves a lot of information that others, especially less ethical marketers, may not want to tell you.

Why? Because they want to tell you it’s easy, that you can make money in the next 48 hours and have ten thousand dollars a month coming in immediately, with little to no work involved. They want you to buy into something, and the perfect, luxury lifestyle that they try to sell you just doesn’t happen the way they say it does. That’s the bottom line.

I’m going to tell you the truth about internet marketing and content creation and how you can get on the right track. So, you can stop buying those shiny objects and joining pay-to-play pyramid schemes that make ludicrous promises, and try to sell you useless plans, programs, and courses.

This might be the most important lesson you’ll be able to learn, and I’m giving it to you for free, as I believe it should be.

If you’re still struggling with your marketing business and you’re not sure what to do next, let me remind you that you have all the information, skills, and tools that you need to succeed.

Stop Buying Shinny Objects

You have the ability to create a strong foundation for yourself; a long-term, sustainable business that is going to give you something that is much more than just income. It will allow you to create something that you will wake up to every morning excited to work on.

Something that is deeply fulfilling not only on a financial level, but on a psychological and emotional level. You must find your passion.

If you’re not sure what that is, take some time to think on it. Your passion is probably the thing that is so obvious to you, that you think “why would anyone pay to learn how to do this? Anyone can do it!” It’s that thing that is second nature to you. Once you’ve figured that out, what you need to do is produce content on a consistent basis.

There are NO shortcuts. This is absolutely essential.

How Content Marketing Works

Imagine that you’re on a deserted island. You’re surrounded by the sea, there’s no escape and no one is coming to rescue you. You are there on your own and it is up to you to get off that Island. You’ll need to find resources and tools and build a raft to get back to safety. You would take your axe, take a swing at a tree, and keep swinging until that tree comes down. Then you’ll do it again and again and again, until you have enough pieces of wood to create a raft that is going to support you and get you to your destination.

Content marketing works exactly the same way. Every piece of content you create is one of those swings to knock down the tree. You’ll have to keep chipping away it, and it might take fifty or a hundred swings to do it, but eventually, you’ll have what you need. So, you need to create those pieces of content. And keep creating until you’ve built your content marketing safety raft, and you’re on your way to success.

So, if you want to stop struggling and achieve financial freedom on the Internet, the most powerful way to do this is through content creation.

And I drink my own kool-aid! Every day I am churning out a new piece of content, and although every piece won’t be my greatest, it’s consistent and I’m taking another swing at that tree.

That’s the process. Use my own website, Profit Copilot as a prime example.

Compounding Content

Over time, my audience has grown larger. There was a time where this had flatlined and there was hardly any growth for a long while, but I was still consistently creating that content and eventually those individual, smaller pieces, those small swings at the tree, started to add up. They started to take effect and it began to snowball. Then, the growth I desired just came on its own.

Unfortunately, people tend to stay in this stage for so long that they give up before they ever reach that that turning point, and although this phase where you’re not seeing any growth or results can seem to last quite a long time, it is not permanent. So long as you put the effort and work into creating.

Now, I know that sounds like a long time and a lot of work in comparison to the get-rich-quick schemes that people are trained to sell you, promising you instant wealth and riches beyond your wildest dreams, but its not. You see, the people who are selling these products are doing the same I am telling you to do. The same thing I do every day! They are;  creating content, or leveraging people who are creating pieces of content, to reach the same goals.

But you can either work your way in or you can buy your way in. I recommend you work your way in, because the results that you get are yours forever.

A Realistic Timeframe

If you commit to six months’ worth of hard work and dedication, every single day, just creating a new piece of content, you’ll be able to see the difference in where you came from as opposed to where you are after that six-month period.

If you see extensive growth within that period, it tells you that it’s worth continuing, and that you really can achieve success. For myself personally, I look at projects on a two-year basis. At the end of a two-year timeframe, I will look at where I started and look at my growth and results.

Then I’ll make a decision based on this information. The decision has always been to continue, because I can’t think of a single instance where he results I have gotten haven’t been worth the time and effort I have put in.

So, your mission when you’ve finished this article, is to find that passion; what really sparks that creativity inside of you and create pieces of relevant content every single day. Then, focus on the type of content that your audience responds well to and create more of it.

Be consistent.

Done is Better than Perfect

Your content does not always have to be earth-shattering, world-class stuff (although, it never hurts to strive for the best!), it just has to be focused and valuable to your audience. The secret is to create things that help others along their journey to their own success.

If you want to create bigger and more elaborate pieces of content every once in a while, and the rest of the time keep creating smaller pieces that still deliver value, you can do that. Remember, every piece is just taking a swing at that tree.

Eventually things are going to happen, but it takes time, it takes persistence, and it takes dedication.
